Provided that the characteristics of coffee from different parts of the world are proper after testing, a larger quantity of a particular coffee is ordered and transported into a silo. The Grand Kafa coffee silo contains 15 different varieties of quality coffee for blending. The lab results regarding the roasting period, colour of coffee and percentage of specific coffee varieties in a particular blend are all entered in the computer that controls the silo and the coffee roaster.

Grand Kafa coffee blends are kept strictly confidential and it would be hard to copy the recipe. Even when someone would try to copy it, it is practically impossible to obtain the same coffee taste and aroma.
