When the coffee beans are dried, they tend to absorb moisture from the environment, altering the aroma and adversely affecting the quality of the coffee. For that reason, storing is also a very important segment in the process of quality coffee production and Grand Kafa coffee production plants provide the highest standards for storing coffee. There are 15 different coffee varieties from around the globe stored within the central storage and 100 tons of coffee flow in and out of the storage every day. Raw and semi-finished coffee storage as well as processed coffee storage are equipped with modern coffee assortment display cabinets that provide maximum space utilization and reduce possibility of material damage to a minimum. Daily storage control ensures sufficient coffee supply and the rotation system of raw and processed coffee guarantees a constantly fresh product. Meticulous entry and exit dates control system hinders storing the coffee longer than specified and the coffee is stored in the Grand Kafa production plant no longer than 10 days on average.
Grand Kafa Company has one of the most developed distribution networks in Serbia and Grand Kafa products can be purchased in over 90% of stores in the country. Due to latest mechanisation, Grand Kafa products are safely and swiftly delivered to all end users by Company’s own means of transport. The Company owns a network of six distribution centers in Belgrade, Požega, Niš, Subotica, Novi Sad and Kragujevac. For ensuring the availability of the products in almost every store, a large and well-coordinated team is required on the field as well as complete terrain coverage with well developed distribution network.
